Order
We reserve the right to decline an order for any of the following reasons:
- The product you ordered is not available from stock or is out of production. - Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment.
Payment
We accept credit cards through PayPal. Also you can send us personal checks as forms of payment. Please make checks payables to Lunart.
Delivery
We make our best effort to ensure that all items offered are in stock, but in some cases they need to be made.
Orders will be normally dispatched within 5 business days.If we are unable to dispatch your order within 5 business days, we will contact you and offer you the chance to cancel your order and receive an immediate refund.
Orders paid by Check will be dispatched after the check has been cashed.
Returns
We reserve the rigth to either accept or decline returns under any situation. Items worn or washed will not be accepted at all. No exceptions.
Returns will be accepted on or before 7 days of you received the items. All returned items must be sent back in new and original condition. The returned items are your responsibility until they reach us. We recommend you to send the items back in Priority Mail with delivery confirmation so you will be able to track the package to ensure we receive it in good conditions. Returned items will be change by another items of your choice as long as we have it in our inventory.
Personalized Photo Throw. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we cannot accept refunds once it is made excepting defects from factory. We do guarantee the quality of the product, and we will service our products to the best of our ability.

Refunds
Refunds are allow only when defects from factory are found on the product. Otherwise, following is the policy:
Hand Painted Clothing. Refunds are not allowed once you get the product. You will receive a credit to your account which can be used to buy another items. We will process the credit once we receive the returned items.
Personalized Photo Throw. Refunds are not allowed nor credit will be provided since this product cannot be reused once it is made.
